Presentation Assistant is a cute assistant when you give a presentation. It provides various tools to bring the audience`s attention to a specific spot, and allows you to zoom in and annotate the screen.
Features: Presentation Assistant adds features that make your presentation more interesting and helps focus attention of the audience. You are able to draw their attention to a specific spot and allows you to zoom in and annotate the screen. Press Up/Down to cycles through the available brush colors in drawing mode. Press Tab to cycles through the available line style or picture in drawing mode. Annotation facilities make it easy to draw attention of your audience to specific points made in a slide. The assistant would let you open documents, start a program or even play background music.
The zoom facility can let you zoom up to x16. Ctrl and mouse wheel gives you control over zoom facility. Zoom facility is available in the drawing mode and vice versa. You can pan around the screen with the mouse. You can have a spotlight and a screen effect at the start to make sure everybody is paying attention. Screen draw tools lets you draw lines, rectangles, circles, text marks or markers on the screen . It also emulates an electronic whiteboard that lets you draw basic forms and objects on the computer screen. This could be a good tool during video conferences, presentations or net meetings etc. A prominent timer can be counting down until a break is up.
Overall: A very good utility that is very useful during a presentation. It is easy to use as well.
